My journey into wellness began during one of the most challenging seasons of my life—my cancer journey. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I've always had a heart for helping others, but my personal experience with healing and holistic wellness gave that calling an entirely new purpose. What began as a desire to support my own health grew into a passion for sharing hope and possibilities with others. I believe God opened this door for a reason, and today I'm grateful to have an opportunity to help people explore their wellness while building meaningful relationships and creating new possibilities for their families.
